R&D Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Familiar with the technology development direction of the latest charging pile, and propose the development planning direction of the charging pile;
2. Manage the overall core technology of the company's charger, organize development and implementation of the technology decision-making and technical solutions of the charging pile;
3. Participate in the development, guidance and review of the overall technical program of the project and carry out final quality assessment of each project;
4. Develop the training program on technical personnel, and organize technical training for other relevant persons of the company;
5. Responsible for electronic R&D and testing of electric vehicle charger, charging pile and charging station.
6. Participate in the development of the overall development plan for charging piles, and control the development schedule and development costs of the fixed products;
7. Participate in development of relevant technical specifications and standards for products and supervise their implementation;
8. Participate in the cooperation in completing the production convergence with the production department.

Job Requirements

1. At least 28 years of age, with bachelor's degree or above (or senior engineer title), strong sense of innovation;
2. Experienced in design and development of electronic products and switching power supply, design of the high-power power electronic circuits, development in active filters, or having experiences in research and development of at least one item from power system, DC/DC, AC/DC and DC/AC, or having at least three years’ relevant experience in development of charging pile for electric vehicle is preferred;
3. Proficient in the development and design of key technologies for charge piles in the electric power industry, capable of independently undertaking the project overall preparation; proficient in the latest technology and methods in the industry, able to grasp the development trend and business development trends of the industry technology, has its own unique insights over the key technology; strong ability to create and expand, abstract thinking and project management; solid theoretical foundation and technical work experience;
4. Familiar with Modbus, RS485, Zigbee and GPRS protocol, and understand the national vehicle new energy industry;
5. Proficient in circuit analysis, module, power electronics and other related professional knowledge, familiar with PLC products, and capable of simple PLC programming;
6. Familiar with the work flow and laws and regulations of power grid and design institute, strong judgment, planning and execution ability, good communication, coordination, organization and team building ability, high work enthusiasm and good professional ethics.

Pre-sales Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for management and implementation of training for new employees in the sales region, e.g. product technical training and expatriate training;
2. Responsible for product technical support: technical exchanges, product technology programs, and electrical drawings production;
3. Responsible for technical training on the company customer and the dealers;
4. Assist the technical department in the preparation of the product program;
5. Cooperate with the sales engineer in answering technical questions and making technical exchanges with customers.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering and electrical automation, or automation related majors, if the candidate has work experience in pre-sales technical support of the electrical industry, his/her qualifications may be lowered to the college;
2. Strong communication and coordination skills, language skills, program production capability and good team spirit;
3. Strong learning ability, and continuously learn the industry's advanced technology;
4. Skillful use of autoCAD software, and ppt office software;
5. Good psychological quality, continuous learning ability, passion for training work, and capable of learning and working under pressure;
6. Willing to travel over short-term.

The following conditions are preferred:

1. Candidates who understand the commonly used medium and low voltage power distribution equipment, have relevant knowledge of power supply and distribution, and field work experience are preferred;
2. Candidates familiar with HV/LV reactive power compensation and active filter products are preferred;；
3. Familiar with the technical principles of power quality products and product analysis experience, and having product-related training experience.
